The Palace, that a surface of about 2000 square meters has, in its construction was divided in house of winter, located in the high plant, and the one of summer. It dates from century XVI, when it was constructed like Sevillian satately house. |

| It was a tie in century XV and rebuilt Mansion in century XVI. The facade that can be appreciated nowadays is eminently Sevillian and own of century XVI. |
| The history of the Palace of Lebrija really has been beginning to summon up life when for almost one hundred D.ª years Rule Manjón Mergelina, Countess of Lebrija, predecessor of the present proprietors, a cultured Sevillian lady and enthusiastic by archaeology, it decided to recover and to decorate the familiar house. To such aim, after the findings found by chance in a property of olive trees next to the Roman ruins of Itálica, it decided to incorporate these findings to the Palace. |

| The reform of the Countess at the beginning of century XX engalanó of true artistic treasures the rooms, fitting them to welcome the mosaics and Roman pavements of Santiponce, as well as other archaeological rest. Also it equipped his rooms with elements coming from different artistic periods: Sevillian tile socles, coming from a convent in ruins, adorned with caissons of a palace of Marchena, incorporation of friso Renaissance, etc.
