The facade to the Seat of San Francisco presents/displays doors and large windows to us adorned with medallones of mitológicos and historical personages. The pilasters are decorated with floral and grotescos branches.
To this side of the building it is (the Arquillo(that communicates the Seat of San Francisco with the New Seat. Both sides of arquillo, average height, two hornacinas with statues, the one of Hercules are seen, (Phoenician navigator and soon considered mitológico God) to whom attributes the foundation of the city of Seville and the other statue is the one of Julio Caesar, who recovered and walled the city. Both appear in this place of considered honor to the being like the Parents of the Hispalense Mother country. The facade of the City council that it gives to the New Seat is modern, and of little architectonic interest.
In the interior of the building the Room is remarkable To capitulate, whose ceiling is formed by an almost flat vault with 35 casetones of stone which they take in relief the pictures of the kings of Spain previous to Felipe II Is also remarkable the stairs that from the stopping place raise the high plant, of gothic and Renaissance mixed style.
The building is rich in old pictures, of great teachers, as well as artistic sculpture, show windows and other treasures.
